A slogan used in an advertisement for Donald Trump's Mumbai apartment tower has resurfaced in the wake of allegations the Russian government has footage of the president-elect watching women perform degrading sex acts in a Moscow hotel.
Reports emerged on Tuesday claiming U.S. intelligence officials included a two-page synopsis of 'kompromat' – Russian for compromising material – as part of their security briefing for Trump on last Friday, CNN reported.
The most salacious allegation in the documents claims Russian officials said they have a a secret recording of the president-elect watching prostitutes committing degrading sex acts on the bed at the Ritz Carlton Hotel.
One of the alleged acts outlined was where the women urinated on each other - described in the article as 'golden showers' - while on a bed in the same suite Barack and Michelle Obama stayed in on a visit to Moscow.
The advertisement included the words, 'golden opportunity', which was similar to the allegations made against Trump in a new intelligence report that suggests he paid Russian escorts to perform a 'golden showers' show for him at a Moscow hotel
In the wake of the explosive claim, an advertisement that appeared to be published in 2014 for Trump Tower in Mumbai reemerged.
In the glossy spot, Trump is seen beaming inside the tower's show residence, next to pictures of a private jet and the skyscraper's glittering facade.
A top the promotional poster is a quote from the president-elect: 'I never miss a golden opportunity. Neither should you.'
It comes after the report claimed the alleged 'golden showers' incident was motivated by Trump's hatred of the President, according to a 35-page document published by Buzzfeed.

The material was based on memos compiled by a British intelligence operative who was considered 'credible' by the U.S. intelligence community, according to CNN.
Little of the contents in the documents published by Buzzfeed can be independently verified.
Trump himself already dismissed the claims, tweeting: 'FAKE NEWS - A TOTAL POLITICAL WITCH HUNT!'
Trump's counselor Kellyanne Conway also hit back against the allegations, and attempted to cast doubt on them by saying they came from 'unnamed sources', during an interview on Late Night with Seth Meyers.
President-elect Trump was reportedly briefed face-to-face by James Clapper, the Director of National Intelligence on the Russian threat
Donald Trump denied the allegations shortly after they were published on Tuesday night
She then said: 'I have to say as an American citizen… we should be concerned that intelligence officials leaked to the press but won’t go and tell the president-elect or the President of the United States himself, Mr Obama, what the information is. They would rather go tell the press.'
When Meyers corrected her by pointing out the reports came from briefings last week, Conway said Trump 'was never briefed'.ts of incendiary material, was reportedly provided by Director of National Intelligence James Clapper.
The meeting last week was at a time when Trump has been feuding with the intelligence community.
Degrading acts in bed used by president: The extraordinary - and entirely unverified - allegations that Donald Trump ordered prostitutes to commit degrading sex acts in the Ritz-Carolton in Moscow are contained in a dossier drawn up by a former British spy
The dossier claimed Russians purport to have footage showing Donald Trump ordered prostitutes to commit sex acts at a hotel used by the President and First Lady 'whom he hated'
Donald Trump was reportedly told Vladimir Putin was in possession of apparently incendiary material
The intel chiefs reportedly included the information in order to make Trump aware that the information was circulating within the U.S. intelligence community, lawmakers and senior intelligence officials told the network.
It was included to bolster the agencies' conclusion, also made publicly, that Russia had dirt on both Republicans and Democrats, but released only the bad info on Democrats, via leaks to the WikiLeaks site, as part of the narrative of election interference to bolster Trump.
The document also charged there was an information exchange between Trump surrogates and representatives of the Russian government.
