Chiliz added that the increased liquidity for CHZ with Alameda Research will help in the growth and development of its ecosystem and will also be beneficial for the sports fans and its partners. Commenting on the partnership, Chiliz and Socios.com founder and CEO, Alexandre Dreyfus said,
Alameda Research, founded by Bankman-Fried back in 2017, manages digital assets worth over $100 million and its daily trading volume varies anywhere between $600 million to $1.5 billion, across a wide range of investment products including major cryptocurrencies and their derivatives.
Chiliz, on the other hand, is one of the biggest crypto-blockchain companies in the sports entertainment industry. Its blockchain empowers the popular fan engagement platform, Socios.com, and it operates as a fan token partner with football behemoths like FC Barcelona, Atlético de Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain, Juventus, and AS Roma. Chiliz is also establishing itself in the ever-expanding e-sports industry by partnering with industry giants like OG.
