Trump Affronts Twitter; Says the Company is ‘Small’

Donald Trump excluded Twitter from the list of invitees for the tech meeting in New York. According to the Trump team’s spokesperson, Twitter was deducted from the invitation list since the “company is too small.”

Tech stalwarts like Tim Cook from Apple, and Tesla founder Elon Musk, Facebook. Amazon were also part of this meeting. President addressed the delegates to cover-up with an attempt to settle down the friction after a controversial election campaign.  

Twitter played a vital role during Trump’s election campaign. It provided Trump with a platform where he can be directly share his opinions — pleasing voters and bashing the opponents. While the campaign was going on, Trump came across several issues with Silicon Valley. In the meeting, Trump promised to be helpful to Silicon Valley and boost up American trade.
