Notorious criminal freed on strict parole conditions

The news may send shivers down your spine. A hardcore criminal in Australia has been set free. Earlier, he had reportedly served time in jail for murdering two people in a cold-blooded manner. Meanwhile, the judges had issued recommendations that the release of the man should be stopped immediately.

According to reports, Francis James Carter was released from the Queensland based Correctional Centre on harsh parole terms.

Meanwhile, reports confirmed that Carter was no longer in the Correctional Centre.

The sudden release of James Carter has compelled Queensland-origin Attorney-General Jarrod Bleijie to seek immediate legal advice concerning the issue and seek attention to the state’s minimum non-parole tenure duration of 30 years for several murders.

Earlier, the accused has spent 25 years in prison for the gruesome murders. He was first imprisoned in the year 1989 for killing a man for talking to his girlfriend at a barbeque.
