Katelyn Live-Streamed Her Suicide Incident; Video Became Viral On Social Media

In a shocking event, a 12-year girl named Katelyn Nicole Davis from Georgia live-streamed her suicide after telling her viewers that she was sexually abused in her family. Her suicide video had been widely shared on social media platforms, including the likes of Facebook, even as cops expressed their inability to contain the proliferation of the video. According to the authorities, there is no legal provision of stopping the sharing of the video on websites, including on social media, and hence, there is nothing much that the police can do to contain its sharing, although the video has been taken down from a number of websites.
