Freddie Gray Case: 4 Officers Anticipate the Charges
Four police officers are waiting for the judgment in the Freddie Gray Case. Freddie Gray died after having a severe spinal injury while in police custody. The officers were charged for the following:
Lt. Brian Rice was charged for manslaughter, reckless endangerment, official misconduct
Officer Garret Miller was charged for second-degree assault, official misconduct, reckless endangerment
William Porter was charged for manslaughter, second-degree assault, official misconduct, reckless endangerment
SGT. Alicia White was charged for manslaughter, second-degree assault, official misconduct, reckless endangerment.
The officers, as well as citizens of Baltimore, are waiting for the court’s verdict. After Gray’s death, a lot of people have been outspoken about the treatment of the officers against Freddie Gray.
