Freddie Gray Case: 4 Officers Anticipate the Charges

Four police officers are waiting for the judgment in the Freddie Gray Case. Freddie Gray died after having a severe spinal injury while in police custody. The officers were charged for the following:

Lt. Brian Rice was charged for manslaughter, reckless endangerment, official misconduct

Officer Garret Miller was charged for second-degree assault, official misconduct, reckless endangerment

William Porter was charged for manslaughter, second-degree assault, official misconduct, reckless endangerment

SGT. Alicia White was charged for manslaughter, second-degree assault, official misconduct, reckless endangerment.

The officers, as well as citizens of Baltimore, are waiting for the court’s verdict. After Gray’s death, a lot of people have been outspoken about the treatment of the officers against Freddie Gray. The activists and Gray’s family were filled with joy when Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby declared charges against the police officers.
